Sunday night here (near La Crosse, Wi.) tied record low for
March 9 ... Minus 5 F.   60 miles west at Rochester, Mn the temp
was ten degrees colder.  The  prediction is 60 by Saturday.
But I don't  think the first barge up the Mississippi will make

We in the Northeast are happy just to hear 40's. Probably won't hit the
80's until 4th of July.
