The stone isn't a problem. I've got superchair: 16 inch solid wheels, two 12 volt gelcells, top speed of 10mph, range of about 20 miles on a full charge.
But it ain't very aquatic.
No worries, there is a concrete wall about 2' high on the edge and the water is shallow on that side anyway. From parking to fishing is maybe 40 yards?
