Here are the specs that I got for my local fly shop:
Hook size: 18 and smaller= bead size: 3/32
Hook size: 10-16 = bead size: 1/8
Hook size: 4-8 = bead size: 5/32
Hook size: 2-4 = bead size: 3/16
