[VFB] Paintbrush Fibers

Good Mornin'
Does anyone know what Paintbrush Fibers are? I read on the web about a fly 
that the author uses Paintbrush fibers in many colors, and am lost as to 
where to get them or even as to what they are. I can't believe that there 
are many different colored paint brushes.
