The text with it reads:
HOOK: mustad ALL-AROUND, in various sizes or a DAI-RIKI #135 in 
different sizes. The body colors vary on this one as it is a caddis 
immitation. The pattern calls for "Moser Dub on the front half of the 
hook. The wings are Swiss Straw that has been stretched out from side 
to side and lengthwise, coated with a gloss varnish and trimmed to 
size and shape. The antennae are individual pheasant center tail 
feather fibers on each side..
