Dave:

If you'd like to get together some night, I'd be happy to show you some
stuff.

"When one associates with such loonies, one is forced to think about what is
and is not appropriate for fly rods. Since there in neither a pope of fly
fishing nor a pontificating council of eldeers - well, there are al lot of
plain pontificators, I guess - one is quite within one's rights to fish
however on chooses."

Subject: [VFB] V rib?

I'm working my way through the book I bought, and next up is the
Morristone...

For the Rib, he suggests:

"Any brown rib--dyed monofilament, Swannendaze (thin), or dubbed thread as
examples -- but my favorite is V rib."

Well... I understand dubbed thread and dyed monofilament, but what the heck
is Swannendaze and V rib?

Notice I'm not shy posting the idiot questions... :)
