I agree with you DonO. I started out on this list
because I thought it was about GETTING flys. As it
turns out that's only part of it. I realized that
some of the flys I was getting back far exceeded what
I was putting out. Since the Crease Swap, I have
learned more about tying than I have in the 25 years
plus I have put into the hobby. I may tie a ton of
usable flys, but since that time I will only join
swaps I care to put a ton of effort into. THat's why
I am excited about the X-Mas swap, the Foam swap, the
Lifecycle swap and the Bass swap. I'm booked until
March and couldn't be happier. All my BWO's can
wait...
