Right now I am not tying at all. Materials are still in the garage of the new house. And as hot as is here in Florida, I probably will not unpack the garage for another 6-8 weeks. And as some others recently shared, I do not enjoy tying as much as I use to. Mostly a question of vision. I use a magnifier on almost everything under size 2 or 4. and after a very little time at the bench I find myself squinting like heck. Secondly, I have never been a creative or inventive tier. Show me how and I can tie anything and can usually figure out a way to tie it quicker or easier. My tying has become pretty simple, maybe even pedestrian. I use no more than 4- 6 patterns for 99% of my saltwater fishing. And only 3 patterns for 99% of my freshwater fishing. Between occasional care packages of DonO's Awsum Minnows and Steve Davenport's Poppers. I tie very few patterns for all my needs.
