It just dawned on me that a group or singer that is normally "known" as another genre CAN put out say, a "blues" song...I was just wondering.. I like blues, just don't a lot of the history etc, Chuck

You trying to start a fight, BOY? " Lynyrd Skynyrd performed throughout the South in the early 1970s, further developing their hard-driving, blues-rock sound and image. ' I Got The Same Old Blues', is one of their numerous songs with Blues riffs."   There's differing blues sounds, just like there's heavy metal and about a gazillion other types of Rock.  Some would even say that Stevie Ray Vaughn was a Southern Rocker. Not so.  He was Blues all the way, and loved to play with B.B. King.   Now, Travis Tritt would definitely be considered Southern Rock.

P.S. I hate to prolong the Blues discussion, but just couldn't let your remark go without a small rebuttal.  NOW BACK TO FLY FISHING, TYING AND SWAPS.
