Received a few super gifts from my boys. From my oldest son and fellow
fly fisherman, David I received It's a pair of Korkers convertable
wading boots. They have interchangeable soles. Included with my pair
are the felt sole and rubber lug sole. I can walk to the stream from my
truck using the rubber lug sole, which is traditional hiking boot style,
pop them out and insert the felt sole. Works like a charm. Then when
heading back to the truck I can pop the felt sole out and put the lug
sole back in. David says that Korkers Convertables are quite popular
with trout guides. I'm wondering if any of you have had experience with
Korkers. Son Chris, gave Jody and me a 250 GB, (gigabyte), external
hard drive and a HP LightScribe CD burner, that does it all, including
(if you want to), burning a photo or text onto the disc face. Chris put
all our family photos on one and the outside shows a photo of our entire
family around our Christmas tree. He set the hard drive up so that it
will back up Jody's and my computer files twice each week. Really neat
deal.
