I have this old no-name capture card (bt848 chip set) without TV tuner I want to use. Problem is the picture comes out as garbage. I tried all 66 or so card=X and the ones that looked the best where the averMedia and ATI settings. Although, there was no color and the sync bar wasn't in the right place. Anyone have some settings I could try?
