Hi all, I have successfully managed to capture images and live video from my frame grabber, but I am interested in capturing a smaller area of the frame. This is called clipping or cropping.
My frame grabber's capabilities return "false" for the VID_TYPE_SUBCAPTURE capability flag, so I am wondering if there is a way to do what I want. I am using only v4l (not v4l2), because my driver doesn't support v4l2. Can someone please help?
