Dear Kernel Hackers,
I am trying to load the bttv driver for my ATI All-In-Wonder card. My
kernel is 2.4.19-pre10. I have compiled bttv as a module. i2c-core,
i2c-dev, i2c-algo-bit, i2c-proc are all built into the kernel. I am
getting the following error, whenever I do modprobe bttv,
[root@hori capkin]# modprobe bttv
/lib/modules/2.4.19-pre10/kernel/drivers/media/video/bttv.o:
init_module: No such device
Hint: insmod errors can be caused by incorrect module parameters,
including invalid IO or IRQ parameters.
You may find more information in syslog or the output from dmesg
/lib/modules/2.4.19-pre10/kernel/drivers/media/video/bttv.o: insmod
/lib/modules/2.4.19-pre10/kernel/drivers/media/video/bttv.o failed
/lib/modules/2.4.19-pre10/kernel/drivers/media/video/bttv.o: insmod bttv
failed
Any ideas how can I get bttv loaded and working fine? Any help would be
greatly appriciated.
-Thx
Emre
