General question kind of related to Video4Linux.

I am looking to build a LinuxPVR. My idea is to buy a $199 Walmart box, modify the case and add a tuner card to that (http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.gsp?product_id=1957333). This is an 800Mhz machine that would serve soley as a PVR. Three questions:

1. Is this machine good enough to be a PVR? I'll add a bigger HD possibly.
2. What is the most complete OpenSource Linux PVR out there that could be used for recording of shows and general TV viewing? I am looking to use this as my main TV and "VCR". Something as complete as Tivo would be optimal. I've come across Freevo (http://freevo.sourceforge.net/), MythTV (http://mythtv.org/) and OpenPVR (http://www.funktronics.ca/openpvr). MythTV and Freevo look to have great interfaces, which is a plus. I am not looking to watch and record at the same time (I say that no obviously), just looking to record shows I miss.
3. What is the most inexpensive capture card would you recommend?

Thanks,
Michael
