Is there anything I can do to try and lock to the Nicam Stereo signal on my FlyVideo 3000 tuner card.
If i run the card under Win98 it has no problems locking to the Nicam carrier. Under Linux it is always wandering on me which is a real problem if i'm trying to record a program. Also my captures at full resolution (720x576) under Win98 don't have the black borders I get under Linux. Any tips on what to do here?
