Theoretical speed for the current usb 1.1 is in full speed mode
12Mbit/sec. In low speed mode it is 1.5Mbit/sec and the new usb 2.0
just now fixed will go up to 480Mbit/sec. But that is the future.
All the data is according to an article in a computer magazine I just
read (c't 2000/10).
