If you want to do some graphics processing and display it
on a TV set, then you will need an encoder -- or set of encoders
in your case. I don't know of any off-the-shelf cards which support
more than one S-Video + one Composite outputs. Conexant
(formerly Rockwell Semiconductor (formerly Brooktree)) and
Chrontel are 2 manufacturers of encoder chips, so you can
start there. Try searching for products which use the Bt868,
Bt869, or Bt870.
I don't understand what you would be 'capturing'. Would you
have a camera, then capture a frame, superimpose data on
the frame, then encode it and display it on the television?
