I have problems with installing the tvaudio module. When I load the bttv-module with modprobe (as root), everything goes fine. But when bttv is loaded by xawtv/kradio etc., loading the tvaudio module fails (if the application is started by a normal user, not root). I had to insert post-install bttv /sbin/modprobe tvaudio into the modules.conf because else it is not loaded at all. What am I doing wrong? I dont want to become root every time I want to watch TV.
