[V4L] Software probe for tuner type?

Is there a way to probe for which TV tuner type one has?  In the same
manner that 'lspci' works? 

I have a Askey TView99 CPH060 which the box says has a NTSC-M/M tuner,
but I don't know really what the means in relation to the tuner type in
CARDTYPES. 

Or is this the wrong place to ask?
