Do you have any idea which setting is off that might be causing my
problem?  I'd love to send you new information for the bttv_cards
array.  (Or point me towards documentation for finding this info -
only the audio ones seem to be well documented in Sound-FAQ)

Could it be something as simple as video_inputs: being 4 instead of 3?
