I'm looking for the video frame-grabber with Bt848 or Bt878 chip, composite video input and using PCIMCIA interface so it can be installed on my laptop. Can you point me the corporations making such things? Is there something like that at all?
There's an USB 2.0 capture device available from Belkin, which apparently does 30fps capture, if your laptop has USB 2.0:

Don't think it has v4l support yet though.
