You should download the original kernel from www.kernel.org (or your favorite mirror) and compile it with the new drivers instead of messing with the modified kernel.
If you are "patch"-savvy, you could diff the two kernels, then install the BT patches, and then apply the RedHat diffs, but there's no guarantee that will work.
