you import it?
I used to get this problem all the time on OS9 flash when importing
movies (it seemed to get solved on OSX). One solution i used to use
was to export my full res movie (e.g. out of Final Cut Pro) but small
screen size (e.g. codec was set to DV-PAL but the size was set to
320x240 ). Then when I imported into flash I made sure the scale
setting was at 100%.
The quality didn't seem *quite* as good as taking it in at full size
and shrinking it in Flash, but at least it worked!!
The other solution is to break the movie into smaller chunks for the
compression and then chain them together inside the flash movie.
