Parody and Education uses are considerd fair uses. But "fair use" is an interpretation thang....
You say parody and they say copyright infringement.
You say education and they say commercialism.
So you're always taking a risk, but in general, if you are not selling your stuff or making money in ohter way from your website where copyright material is located AND you're educating or parodying... you're probably not going to get hit with a lawsuit. But on the other hand, content holders and the law are continaully moving in the direction of interpretation of "posting" on web means "broadcasting". And re-broadcasting copyrighted material without permission is not allowed.
So, it really boils down to--- do you feel comfortable doing it and then making changes if one objects in later months or years down the road.
