Yeah, QT Pro can convert to a DV stream for me. But I don't like blowing  
my footage up from 320x240 to DV and later compress it again. My digital  
still camera records bad enough footage to begin with. :o)
I already use Adobe Premiere 6.0, but I was looking into Avid Free to see  
if I could out out a step in my process. When using Premiere 6 I have to  
convert from MPEG-4 to AVI before I can edit.
