That's a touchy issue. There's a difference between saying 'you can  
download my content' to 'you can redistribute my content'. One could  
probably easily argue that by providing a feed you're opting in to the  
former, but not automatically to the latter. IANAL and all that jazz.

Yeah, they can't just choose which part of a license they want to honour.  
Part of the problem is that they probably can't have their software read  
which license is used. Of course they have been notified of this stuff  
more than once (blogtelevision has been mentioned here more than once, I'm  
sure of that) so by now they could be accused of acting in 'bad faith'  
(don't know if that's a legal term in the US as well).
