Wow - that's awesome! I will go out on a limb here and say that you are getting those kind of cpms because you're so current and "it" in regards to online video ("it" in a very good way).
You have good viewership and as a leader of this movement there are positive branding implications for companies that sponsor you that go far beyond simple cpm value. Those cpm numbers are simply not achievable for publishers who do not have your current positioning, product and reach. Of course, your challenge is to maintain this value (and to maintain your cutting edge profile) as you grow and move forwards.
