Ahem. Charles, you seem to misunderstand the situation here. A feed with video enclosures implies this: - yes, you can download those videos to watch them. - yes, you can (like Bloglines) aggregate the text, linking back to the original. - no, you can NOT download the video, transcode it, and host it on *your* commercial website.
