ok I dont think what I typed was english ... let me try explaining it this way:

[An image or flash player goes here]
<a href=""> <a href="" rel=enclosure>QuickTime</A>


In the above where links to the movie files are below the image ...
the image would not be within the rel=enclosure.  Arent we seeing alot
of this now (pretty sure I am)
