John,
Just to be clear... vpip itself is fine - keep using it - but there's  
a separate feed generator plugin in the Show In A Box kit, which  
creates separate feeds for each different video format.  That's what  
messed up my enclosures, because it conflicting with Feedburner  
somehow.  I turned the feed generator plugin off, and Feedburner  
worked fine again.  But I had rel="enclosure" already in my links,  
and that's a more important place to start.
