Would Canon have updated the camera without changing the model number?
The reason I ask is if yours doesn't have it, why is it shown in the
description.
Furthermore, one of the tech journal's reviews mentioned that it didn't have
Image stabilization, yet the same product description says:
*Image stabilizer* Shoot rock-steady video -- even when you're at maximum
telephoto without a tripod. It is even effective while panning or zooming.

Like you, the first thing on my list is the mic terminal.  Real close to
that is the Image stabilizer.

Makes me think that I shouldn't shop on a site like eBay for this, because I
might be getting one of the older ones.  Best to get a brand new one that
promises to have these two features.

Any thoughts?  Does anyonje know if the FS100 has been changed to
incorporate these features since originally released?
