   - You must be a Partner (says anyone can sign up)
   - Videos are downloaded as MP4 with no DRM.
   - You choose between 3 CC licenses or Public Domain.
   - Currently you must be in the US.

This is indeed good news because it sets up an expectation that everyone
else will follow. For the record, blip has allowed downloadable mp4's and CC
licenses from the beginning except the "pay per download". So lets not
forget the pioneers.
