Like others have said, we will put the DVD into the standard-size plastic DVD case for circulation, as it's sturdy and can withstand multiple circs, as well as the simple fact that 99% of our DVDs are in these size cases, so uniformity on the shelves is key.
My two cents - if it comes in a slimline case, we will toss/recycle the slimline case; but if the DVD comes in a paper mailer, we'd just adapt that case to fit into a plastic DVD case.
