Guetty,
You might check your Email's SPAM and/or Quarantine folder.  When our network 
receives a message with my email address via the videolib servers (or from any 
outside server), it assumes it's SPAM and sends it to a Quarantine folder in my 
Outlook account where I can still view it.  It will not appear in my Inbox.
