It depends on what we mean by "maintain."  In its simplest form there could be 
a webpage with columns for title, laserdisc, VHS, and DVD, and then someone 
(me?) to update it.  Then I would just depend on people to let me know what 
needs updating.  Or there could be a Wiki that anyone could update.  I'm sure 
there are other, better (more 21st century) tools that we could use.  I'm happy 
to help.

Ideas anyone?
