I bought a copy region 1 with English subtitles in Canada. Canadian release. 
This was a while ago. Check amazon.ca<http://amazon.ca> they have some copies 
not sure how legal those are, also kind of expensive however the film is worth 
that price

Keep in mind well over 90% of films made outside the US are not released here.
