A DVD version of this production was put out by Monterey Video in 2004.
While it is a long shot that they would still have rights 11 years later,
I'd recommend that Lowell contact them to double check or to see if they
can provide contact information for the current rights holders:

As mentioned in several previous posts, the inquiry should be about the
possibility of licensing streaming rights, rather than public performance
rights.
