OK, but I can't find it now! Could you possibly send me the copy you
   sent to Monica?

   I particularly recall I was unconvinced by his explanation of the
   length of the long basses which is, of course, central to the issue
   being discussed of upper octave or lower octave for these strings.
   Perhaps I missed something...
