IIRU, you should set Symbol path one directory higher.  At least this is 
true for Windows symbols.  Thous are extracted to 
C:\Windows\Symbols\{dll,exe,drv,sys,...} and you should set your Symbol 
path to point to C:\Windows\Symbols.
