The functioning of the Vim mailing lists is almost fully automatic.
AFAIK, a human never looks into it unless a very very serious bug is
noticed and brought to Bram's (or someone's) attention. If a posting
arrives in HTML, or from an unsubscribed address, it is just silently
discarded with no reply, as if it had never existed.
