If I build vim with ruby 1.9.1 using your patch, config.h won't be found. It only builds if I copy: $(RUBY)/include/ruby-$(RUBY_VER_LONG)/$(RUBY_PLATFORM)/ruby/config.h to $(RUBY)/include/ruby-$(RUBY_VER_LONG)/ruby/ Has anybody else the same problem building with mingw or cygwin for windows?
