I've started to send patches to maintainers. I'll wait for responses.

Some of the emails of maintainers already bounce, at least
for syntax/{bc,expect,vhdl}.vim.

Unless current maintainer sends messages, I volunteer to
maintain bc.vim (last change was in 2001).

I have not used expect or vhdl in years so I'd rather let
someone else volunteer to maintain them.
