I believe many people like me who are using async jobs in their plugins are
afraid to publish
their plugins because of the word 'DRAFT' in channel.txt.

what does 'draft' mean ?

- architecture of jobs/channels may change in the future ?
- interfaces may change in the future ?
- parameters or return codes may change in the future ?
- or just internal implementation may change without modify interfaces ?

and there are some more questions about it:

- need we get ready to change our plugin implementation in any time because it
is a draft ?
- when could we publish our plugin and get more feedback from users ?
- when is the word 'draft' going to be removed in channel.txt ?
