Ok, you have convinced me.

Nice! It seems almost strange that there isn't such an app already.

Personally, I would like to add diff and patch with one shared icon to
this list (and maybe sh as well, but with its own icon of course).

I think it is ok if 'mm' uses the same icon as 'm', but maybe this is a
bit confusing?

I removed plist on purpose a while back because it should associate with
the Property List Editor app (these files may be binary), so please make
sure it is not in the patched Info.plist.

As Ben also pointed out: do we need an entry for 'ps'? I would think
you'd be more likely to open such files with Preview. (Or does it
mean something other than PostScript?)

> vbasic, ics, jsp, log, xsl (26 filetypes)

I don't know of any reason why we can't add as many filetype
associations as we'd want (with the generic icon) so I'd say anything
goes in this list as long as its not a format that may be binary (like
plist) or that is usually not opened with a text editor (like ps).

The only time I've used 'inc' was in connection with assembly
language...where is it supposed to be used? I don't know any of the
others (cfg I guess is some generic config format but I don't know
what or who uses it).

Around 1 MB is fine by me.

Thanks for taking the time to sort these things out Nico!
