This may be silly, but did you empty your Trash after deleting all the old versions? The debug logs tell me more or less nothing...I'll try to see if I can think up what the problem may be. In the meantime could you please try some older snapshots of MacVim.app and see if they work -- if they do then I'd be interested to know which version introduced this problem.
