After I have started to use "Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard
4000" (see attached image), I have found that it is physically
impossible to press CONTROL by something other than my pinky of
the left hand (formerly I have always used my thumb for
CONTROL's). After some hard phase of changing this habit I'm now
quite comfortable with this and use it with all my keyboards.
SHIFT I always press as well with pinky. Other modifiers are used
very seldom (thanks to VIM :) ), and they can't influence my
workflow very much. (And yes, CAPS is second ESC key for me since
about half an year).
