Yes. If nothing else, it is helpful to be able to say, "Please follow the posting directions at this link," rather than needing to explain them all in detail every time. Regarding the page itself: it's good content, but could it be more clearly formatted, e.g. making the paragraphs a bulleted list or something? One suggestion for content improvement: subjects should be short, but specific. In fact, I would personally say both the examples of subjects are pretty poor. They are very broad. "Searching in files" begs the question "for what?" IMHO, something longer but more specific is heaps better: E.g. Find everywhere a word occurs in many files.
