Hi All,

I have some problems here on my Mac since I switched to the neo
Keyboard layout [1].

Often but not always MacVim (and Terminal vim)  insert a \194 character ( A 
with accent
circonflex above it ) into my code when i either type "<< ", "&& ",
"( " and some other characters. Typing this results to somewhat
"<<\194 " like this.

This only seems to happen when I type the characters in a sequence.
When I type "<<" switch out of insert mode and back again I dont get
any strange characters.

I tried typing these characters with TextEdit and it works perfectly
fine.

I hope anyone of you has an idea what could go wrong in this case.
