If you're having trouble noticing that the search has wrapped around
(I do this sometimes, not realizing I've already seen this hit until
the 4th time through the file while hitting n repeatedly), you can
easily disable the wrapping of a search once it hits the end of the
file:
:help 'wrapscan'
