    Or the other way around, create a webhook _from_ GitHub:

        https://developer.github.com/webhooks/
        https://developer.github.com/webhooks/creating/

    GitHub API is straightforward, and a webhook would allow authors to
upload automatically their plugins to vim.sf.net every time they tag a
new release at GitHub.
